Refund policy

We want you to love your OM Botanical products! That’s why we have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to our customer service team at skin@ombotanical.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return or exchange. Please include the order number and name(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. In case of damage during shipment, please attach a picture of the damaged item.

After confirmation of your return or exchange we may ask you to send the product back. If you are returning a set, all items from the set must be returned. We cannot refund partial sets and empty containers will not be accepted for returns.* We currently do not pay for return shipping.

For items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a refund for the full item price and sales tax. Please note that any original shipping fees will not be included in the refund amount. 

You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

*Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of OM Botanical.

 

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 5 days, please first contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 days since the return confirmation email please contact us at skin@ombotanical.com. 

 

Please note: no returns or refunds will be processed for wholesale orders. If you have any issues with your wholesale order, please contact us.
