Love it and I sleep better

As an athlete, who absolutely loves magnesium to sleep better, I really love this moisturizer. I have been using it for the past year and plan to continue. I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect or not, but I do think that I sleep better when I put it on right before bed because of the magnesium. Also, as a person who loves natural products, I am crazy about the smell and feel of this lotion. It is a very natural smell, not perfumy at all.
