Incredible. I bought four more bottle after the first week because that’s how quickly I noticed a difference. I apply it to the bottoms of my feet before bed. My mother also tried some and didn’t struggle to sleep to begin with and says she is sleeping deeper now. Cant recommend it enough to the person searching for a miracle. This is it.

best nighttime ritual

the Nighttime antioxidant oil is my second best nighttime ritual, but Magnesium body lotion is definitely my favorite... i can't actually fall asleep without a little self care ritual rubbing this into my feet. they say magnesium helps you sleep - i don't know if it's this cream or the other magnesium i take, but it definitely helps to feel cozy and ready for bed

My favorite Mg cream--now in a great new tube

I use Mg cream/lotion every day to relieve muscle and nerve pain. I also keep it by my bed in case a nighttime leg cramp starts; this stops the cramping in seconds.I've tried several brands of Mg cream and this is my favorite. It's non-greasy and not very sticky, absorbs fast and doesn't leave a white residue on the skin, and has a mild pleasant lemony scent. It also has a higher Mg concentration per fluid oz than other creams that I have tried.However, I had stopped using this cream by OM because it used to come in a plastic pump-canister that too often did not work well. A couple of times, the product arrive with the pump not working at all. Other times, it stopped pumping after days or weeks of use. When this happened, it was difficult to break into the container to get at the product.Fortunately, this cream now comes in a plastic squeeze tube. It's a great improvement and I'm buying this again!
