How long should I use OM Botanical products before I see results?

Nice Moisturizer

I like this moisturizer! I’m looking for a cleaner alternative to what I haves used for years. This does have an earthy smell, but to me it’s clean and refreshing. I was a little take back when I saw it was green! It goes on clear and one pump does my whole face and neck. Seems like a very good value for the size.I’d say it’s a medium thickness. I’ve used heavier creams and lighter ones and this one falls right in the middle.Also love it’s made in the USA!

Smells Great & Moisturizes Well!

Such a smooth moisturizer! The lavender scent definitely cannot be missed—it’s fades after some time, but it’s pleasant while it lasts. There is no after color, and no white streaks or anything.Not sure how well it works under the sun for hours at a time, but zinc oxide is safe & affective against UVB/UVA rays in general.Overall, I love the product!

Update added below. First sniff was kinda strong, hang with me here. This stuff is awesome!

Moisturizing: 5 Stars. So much better than some of the heavy creams. That said, I live in AZ and when it's super dry I do follow up with a shea butter cream if I need more moisture.Sun Protection: 4 Stars. I only lasted 35 minutes in the springtime AZ sun before I started to feel the crispiness coming on. While wearing a hat. (But seriously, otherwise I use spf 70 spray because, I am super pale!)Scent: 5 Stars. Initially I went from using unscented creams and moved to this. I pumped some out and it was FRAGRANT! The smell almost knocked me over. -Remember, from unscented to this fragrant cream- Thankfully none of the aroma is from added fragrance, the ingredients are just fragrant.Other things of note: I love the packaging! a huge pet peeve of mine is jars of cream (they expect you to stick your fingers in there every day?? and it is supposed to stay...not icky?? Oh, right they use strong anti-bacterial/fungal agents...so that makes it...ok? -NO- Not on my face, thanks. )So, there is a pump. The opening has a bead. My young child can not bury things for me to find in my face cream at a later date. There are also no chemical preservatives, and the label says everything is natural, vegan, not tested on animals, and made in the USA. It also has an expiration date stamped on the bottom. :)Will absolutely buy again!!**Update- third time purchase, new packaging. Have not opened yet, will update with comparison of product when I do. =^.^=

Happy with my switch

I recently switched my skincare routine towards a more natural line and I am in love with this moisturizer. I live in the dry desert and I feel my skin still plump with moisture when I wake up in the mornings. It has a somewhat earthy/ mushroom smell which may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I personally enjoy it

This is hands-down the best sunscreen I could ask for. I know it's billed as a moisturizer, but I use it as a sunscreen, in Arizona. Other sunscreens have that 'smell' but OM doesn't because it's a physical barrier of zinc oxide and the best skin herbs ever. Used it for years, and my skin thanks me every day.

Lovely Moisturizer

The texture after applying this moisturizer is a matte finish, which you wouldnt expect. It does moisturize well. A little goes a long way. Using too much is a mistake for me. After using this Moisturizer and applying powder, my face has a lovely matte finish for the day and the effect is long lasting. Really love this product.

This has a strange green tint to it. I thought it was too heavy for daytime use, but why use it at night if it contains a sunscreen.

A little goes a long way

I liked this product when it was in a pump, even though it was a little thick near the end of its contents, but I like it even better now that it is in a tube - the consistency is easier to spread and it absorbs better. It has a fresh, pleasant scent, in my opinion, and I feel that the ingredients are safe. I actually don't know how effective it is as a sunscreen because I always wear a wide brimmed hat anyway, but it seems to moisturize my skin very well.

Change in Concistancy from past product. Seems more watery.

Been using this for years, now they changed the packaging 2 times since then and now its very watery and dissolves fast. The consistancy has changed over time. Should of left old packaging alone. Please concider changing packaging back. Otherwise this product does not break me out. Decent ingredients.
